Just finished my first run with "Couch to 5K" and it went great. I ended up running/walking 2.83 miles! I really liked the
RunKeeper app because it told me when my intervals were changing and all the stats as well. My shoes were awesome as well :) I'm off to boot camp in the morning and then another run again on Wednesday!
